(PERSENTECH) announced today that it will be supplying its Otto family of road safety and vehicle diagnostic technologies to the Centre for Sustainable Transportation (CST) at the University of Winnipeg in support of the Natural Resources Canada (NRCAN) “ecoEnergy for personal Vehicles Program.”
